About Us
As far back as I can remember, cheese has been my favorite food. It all started with the string cheeses my mom used to put in my lunch when I was in elementary school, and the obsession grew from there. I’d eat any and everything with cheese on it growing up – double cheese stuffed crust pizzas, baked potatoes smothered in cheese, and quesadillas oozing with the stuff. Now as an adult, my cheese palette is a bit more refined. After college, I discovered the world of hand-crafted cheeses that paired well with wines. I loved these artisanal cheeses so much that I opened a small shop dedicated to just selling cheese. Now, I get to share my love of cheese with others and even run this blog about it in my spare moments away from the store. Say “Cheese!”
